- 1. Purchasing & Downloading the SVG File: To find it, click on the link here to our product page! Here you will locate our Interchangeable Door Hanger SVG Bundle. Simply add the bundle listing to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will receive the download instantly after purchase. A PDF with helpful hints and assembly instructions will be included!
- 2. Prepare Your Material: First, stain or paint your round! For the attachments and Letters: We recommend that you mask your selected material (⅛” wood or acrylic) in order to prevent burn marks. Remember, for easy assembly, apply 3M tape to the back of your material prior to cutting! If you opted to paint prior to cutting/engraving, make sure it's completely dry before proceeding with masking!
- 3. Time to Laser! Upload the SVG files to your Glowforge software (follow the PDF instructions). Adjust the cutting/engraving settings based on your material chosen. The files will upload your design to fit a 14” round door hanger. Feel free to resize to your liking (18” is a great size for this bundle)! Be sure the steps are properly assigned to cut/engrave/score. Then hit print and let the machine do the work!
- 4. Assembly: Your purchase includes a PDF with helpful hints and instructions for assembly. Please follow carefully!
- 5. Attach the Magnet or Velcro: Once your Glowforge finishes the work, and you have assembled the layered attachments, use a strong adhesive to attach a small magnet or velcro round to the back of your creation. You are now ready to interchange and customize your door hanger for all seasons!
